I re-added weekly income after I finally found out exactly what it was with the help of Angel_Gabriel and Original GTA Master. So I think for sure, it is going too stay here. I am not sure because I think I have changed this part of my post like five times.

I own Auto's already so if you would please take it off of your list

im the creator of this game and i am using that for a starter business people could join

and the gas station is in between Saint Mark's and Harwood

and if you want you could add in Sal's mansion if you want

Okay, I have taken off Auto's from my list.

I am going to add Sal's Mansion also.

Now what do I do with the gas station? Do I get rid of it, or do both Harwood and Saint Marks get it? Or do neither get it?

well as you should know in the Real Estate topic it says first come first server so i guess you get it since no one claimed Harwood

but if we found this out when two people own them and i didnt own Portland Auto then one would go to each of you but since neither of those apply then you get the gas station

Not to sound picky but Weekly Income should be how much Money the Owner get's weekly from the Property. Otherwise it would be called Rent, and seing as how the Player has to Buy the Property in the First Place then they should not need to pay Rent.

 

I'm saying this because otherwise no one is going to Purchase Properties from Saint Mark's because there is no way for them to make money off of it. I for one was going to buy Bo-Bella Boutique but decided not to when I saw that I had to pay the Weekly Income (which is, like I said earlier, actually called Rent).

You are right, I will take away the weekly income for now, but in a few weeks, after business starts up, and you start making money, I will re add weekly income,but call it "rent". So let me change this mistake. And thank you for your view on this.

 

EDIT: I re-did my first post and now it says it "may" be added, depending on if the people want to.

if you have someone to buy a place for lets say 30k then you cant charge them rent or anything like that but you can have it so you are renting out a place for a certain amount of time like an apartment room or even if they cant afford the place yet you could have them pay little by little but other then that you cant have them pay for the place and expect them to pay rent

I still think you need to add a "Daily/Weekly Income" to each of the Properties. That would be the amount of Money the Owner get's from the Property Daily/Weekly. Otherwise it is absolutely pointless purchasing a Property because you can not make any money from it.

 

With that said if you get a Daily/Weekly Income sorted out then I would like to Purchase "Pizza" Please.

Ok, it is settled. I had a COMPLETELY different definition of Weekly Income in my head. Lol. I thought I had to pay you weekly for buying it. But now I know its defintion. So let me make this correction and add the incomes.

 

EDIT: Pizza is now owned by Angel_Gabriel. Congratulations!

I have take the "assets" off the list of properties. This is due to the fact that I would have to buy the vehicles myself and then give them to the person who bought the property. I am thinking of putting it back up if what Angel_Gabriel said convinces Original GTA Master to let me include vehicles.

 

 

What I meant initially is the Goverment should pay for the added Vehicles. Because they are the one's who gave us the Districts in the first place.
