JCC Posted February 4, 2006 Share Posted February 4, 2006 Depends. If you don't mind cheating, the lung capacity cheat will take around 7 seconds. If you don't, go in shallow water, go under for as long as you can, then it takes half a second to come back up, let the bar fill up, do hthe same again.
