I mean they are there in the Game, I mean we all need something for nothing at the beginning of the Game otherwise we are going to go no where. Just a thought. But I was actually talking about finacially. What I meant initially is the Goverment should pay for the added Vehicles. Because they are the one's who gave us the Districts in the first place.
