Justin Posted February 3, 2006 Share Posted February 3, 2006 No and no. Your best resource for cheats (or at least most accessable) is this topic. You'll notice there's no such official cheat. A quick Google search will prove that point. There's no cheat finders available for Vice City either. In future, do not post twice. This topic is enough, there was no need to post the same thing again in the Cheat Codes topic here. I too rememeber a cigarette smoking cheat. It was for PC, and I believe it was only available by using a third-party program such as a trainer. It's not an official cheat, and it certainly won't work for PS2.
