trillian12 Posted February 3, 2006 Share Posted February 3, 2006 Do you always get parachutes no matter what plan or helicopter you fly in or is it only certain ones because i was in a helicopter and i jumped out and had no parachut i dont know whether this was a glitch ot that chopper didnt have one. and now for the life of me i cant bloody remember the name of the helicopter. I always thought it was finishing all the flight school courses and obtaining bronze or better in each test.... granted, flight school is where quite a few people pick up their licenses... but you can obtain a pilot's license before doing the first mission in the game just by jumpin the fence at the airport, grabbin a plane and flying around only Los Santos... but that will only get you a license... not a parachute upon entering a plane... Flying early to get the license message doesn't give parachutes, unlock all planes, or skip flight school; and causes the taxi gltich in some games so I don't recommend it for people asking questions like these. If you have something like a pair of Night Vision goggles and you jump out of a plane or get out from a high altitude, then prepare to kiss them goodbye. But if you land on a area thats close to GTA's sea level then, you won't get the chute automatically. I also think this applies when you when you don't have something like goggles.
