Original GTA Master Posted February 1, 2006 Share Posted February 1, 2006 (edited) Vice City Real Estate Travle to Liberty City and claim and or buy districts and properties in the Liberty City 98' Real Estate Topic and start your new LC life now The following are bulleted basic rules for my GTA Real Estate games -here in the starting topic for the following games Vice City Real Estate, Liberty City 1998 Real Estate, and San Andreas Real Estate you will pick a district to claim if there are still districts to claim -If you own one of these districts you must start some sort of topic stating which properties from your district you will be selling. Whether it’s a building, park, field, farm, what ever but it must be land -You may not sell weapons, cars or any other type of item unless you own a store or you are the district owner with a piece of property that you are liable to sell those types of things from -As a district owner you have responsibilities to sell your properties fairly to other players that are listed in the stats page and if they are not listed inform me who they are -District owners may only sell properties by having the buyers pay full amount for the property or have them pay little by little until they get the full amount needed for them to own it. You could also have properties out for rent where they always pay rent but you can not make them pay a large amount first in doing so -Property owners that have businesses have to make topics saying what they are selling guns and ammo or car parts or even new items for their customers new apartment or house -Property owners that have no business keeps there properties like a house to them selves in the future we might have things where you could have parties and such which will higher your popularity stats but then again this is not Sims so that’s to be decided. But what will be added to the game which relates to the Sims which is house items such as TVs which will be sold in stores once people own a furniture business -Vehicle owners should get insurance and alarms added to their cars when future businesses have those sort of things. skAWPion Posted February 3, 2006 Share Posted February 3, 2006 (edited) what do u mean in the stats 'skawpion does not own a car' i own a bloody chopper and like 2 tanks, there not cars but the tank is a road vehicle btw: collects assets edit// i dont think the whole of prawn island and starfish island should be for sale, split them up abit, owning the wrecked mansions on prawn island would give u the chance to knock them down and start anew. owning the movie studio would be good too, owning the whole of starfish island is a bit of a rig tho, vercetti estate should be alone and so should all the other mansions. maybe add in the easter egg areas, like scareface's hotelroom or w/e it is Edited February 3, 2006 by skAWPion Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Original GTA Master Posted February 5, 2006 Author Share Posted February 5, 2006 skAWPion im not sure what im going to do with the police stations but for now if someone claims the district that has a police station they get to keep it until further notice. by the way the police station is in Washigton Beach. And im only letting people claim districts not buildings and properties thats what you guys do when you claim a district you go and sell property for money. PS with the sub thing you were talking about if you meant selling them thats what you do is sell your property that is one Star Fish Island like the mansions which is pretty much all that is there but you will make a lot of money selling them [GTA Man]cycon77foamy[GTA Man] with the whole job thing you just make a list of jobs at the bottom of your business like i did with Sun Shine Autos topic. Then you put the jobs with the dashs so you know which are jobs and two dashes so you know which are the employees which you put right under the job so its all i order as for the pay thing you just list there pay next to their names under the jobs they have and then i copy it into their stats showing their pay. hours, and pay a day and each day/night i will add it to their total amount and you notice me if you fire or change someones job and i will change their stats Rob_UK you got Prawn Island now go make a topic on what Properties you are going to sell there like buildings, the studios, parts of the studio ect.
