Battlefield2 is a multiplayer game set in the near distant future, expanding the conflict we see today. We can control units in three different armies, the USMC, MEC and PLA. There are 7 different kits (classes) throughout the game, with each army getting their own unique weapons. As well as these weapons, it is possible to unlock new weapons by playing the game. You can also control vechicles such as helicopters, tanks, jeeps and planes. In a decent game a commander will be telling different squads where to attack, giving them supply crates, UAV scans and even artilillery bombardments. The objective of the game is to reduce the other teams "tickets" by killing their soldiers, and by holding points.

Just being playing in the server. No horrific lag this time (like how last time the screen would freeze and next thing I'd be back on the carrier) My 300+ ping doesn't seem to hinder my flying ability either. Just ask Waste and colp.

 

Oh and Mercie, remember when you were on the hill and I sniped you? Yeah, it was through this gap in the little trailer thing.

Waste- I uninstalled the game using instructions EA sent me. I had to delete everything manually, and apperantly it was the only way to fully uninstall BF2. I tried it and I could play for about 10-20 minutes until my computer froze. I installed the drivers you recommended, but there was no difference.

You don't need to pay, but you do if you want the special features here at GTAF.

 

Also, Xfire is a program that we use to chat during games, and join current games that your friends are using.

I do know "No Packet Flow" means something is up with his internet, because the way the internet works is that, things are sent in packets. And he isnt giving or possibly reciving packits.

Well, on my first round in SF I got my basic spec ops specialist badge, then my veteran spec ops specialist badge soon thereafter, mostly infantry kills. I get the feeling I won't have too much trouble adapting.

 

Unlocked the Scar-L. I thought I was going to get more than one unlock being a sergeant, but apparently not. Anyway I went with that because I can't stand letting tanks go when I see them. C4ing is a must. Give the medic class C4 and I'd be all over that sh*t.

I'm proud of myself. I must've had about 70000 flag caps today on Wake. In an Cobra. Also learned that I cannot be touched by a missile when flying, but I can't shoot anyone down either.

 

Picked up my Basic Spec Ops and Basic Aviator, and a couple of silver/bronze stars

I was in a jet on Wake, and some dude was in an Mi-28. I accidentally rammed him once, and he got PISSED. I mean, blocking the vents pissed. He goes:

It was a great match, despite my hilarious quips. We had some amazing heli pilots. They were lining me up perfectly for shots and tv-missiles. It was dreamy.

I just thought it would be best this way so we could prune those who don't post/play anymore, and to get everyones preferred kit.
