The_Scorched1 Posted January 27, 2006 Share Posted January 27, 2006 Does anybody use cheats on this game? I don't know what to do. It seems more realistic when you don;t use any cheats. Although, when you die it does get annoying going all the way back to get weapons than just pushing in a simple code. Then I am at the airport. Looking around. Nothing. I look at my cheat guide and can't make up my mind. I spawn a hydra. Then I start my game over because I say I am not going to use cheats anymore! Phhhhh. Two seconds later I am flying down town in a jet pack. What do I do? I keep re starting my game over and over and over because I don't know if I should use cheats or not. Well, maybe GTA3 and MAYBE Vice City, but it would take me a while and maybe a keyboard/controller or two. I have a separate save for cheats now that I use for survival horror, exploring the interior heavens etc. I don't know what to say about some of this other stuff I'm reading. My cat could pass the first five missions of SA without cheating or opposable thumbs. "You tell me exactly what you want, and I'll explain to you very carefully why it cannot be." People who cheat because they find a game to hard are.. something I can't say. I really hate cheaters (not you kippers) who buy the game, open it.. stick it in and cheat. I've never used cheats to complete a game, because most games are easy. I'm not boasting the most I've ever done is read on a site what I do next if I'm really stuck. For example. And also, In the whole game, I only did 76 cheats. Gah.. I've got three game files that are completed (not 100%, just all missions completed). In the first file I'm at 530 cheats. In the 2nd I'm at 3493 () In the 3rd I'm at 1 (My non-cheating file. Kill people around... The cheats for guns are also useful when you don't have money to buy one, i think the UZUMYMW is the best collection mainly because of russian guns. Every mission seems the same. YOu don't look forward for anything. There is no surprise, no suspense, no adrenaline. You play like a robot. But when i tried to play without them, it was completely another world for me. And it's much more exciting:to gamble at the casino than to type in "HESOYAM"; To go to the Area 61, steal a Tank And Drive it all the way to LS under the James Bond Theme, than to just type in the code... It doesn't make it more fun for me to use cheats. I've only entered one cheat in San Andreas: the jetpack cheat only to go into the San Fierro garage used in the cutscenes.
