Justin Posted January 27, 2006 Share Posted January 27, 2006 The Hunter never spawns at the Hyman Memorial Stadium. One spawns at the army base after you complete the mission 'Keep Your Friends Close...' or after collecting all 100 hidden packages. Once you have done both tasks, a Hunter will also spawn on a helipad near your Ocean View apartment, next to the marina where you receive missions from Colonel Cortez.
