kingsterling
*In simple words, my brother broke his game using super glue.* His $50 Liberty City Stories Game "(some little kid in Africa's crying 4 food)" and I tried to show him how much better the P.S.P. is than his Nintendo D.S. But he seem's to Disagree Im sorry about the grammer. I just cant express my hatred for the inferior D.S. and the idea that older is better the game disk holder for the psp game.....Liberty City Stories .....Broke In Half..........So i told him okay later well get some crazy glue and fix it............well he was looking around the house.........and found a tube and without even telling me he tried to fix it.............He's 13 years old and has okay grades in school............He put glue in between the holder with out thinking that glue needs to dry and that glue expands between the case the more he pushes it closed..............the disk got glue on it...........i put in the psp and it doesnt even load........sooo he says who cares...and goes and plays with his sh*tty d.s. .................God im sooo f*ckin angry'''' he's sooo f*ckin stupid...........$50 f*ckin doller's wasted'''.........where the f*ck can i take it to get a new 1? I thought he was smart.........but he prefer's the sh*tty f*ckin' D.S.(Donkey sh*t).................the thing sucks is i really enjoyed playing multiplayer Ohh and i write like this on myspace all the time....And no body's given me any bull sh*t about it Edited January 9, 2006 by kingsterling

GTA3Freak-2001
What is it with all the ...................? Makes it really hard to read your post. I wanna know how you managed to break the thing in the first place to warrant it needing the attention or a 13 year old with a tube of glue? When it was broken you should of used the warranty to get a new one, by applying glue to the thing has probably void the warranty.
JasonB
With all the....... it seems you are just as stupid as him. And learn how to structure sentences properly, geez. And no, they wont exchange it for a new copy, because they don't accept idiots who put glue in the game case as a reason for giving you a new copy. The old copy usually has to be damaged from something other than negligence and stupidity.
Mayhem-
It's only the case, the game will still work... Unless you mean the thing the actual disk is held in.
chimpsch89
i dont think the warranty covers user stupidity. i mean you had the idea to put glue on it. so you can't say it was just your brother. if it was broken you could have just taken it back and because it was not your error you would have gotten a replacement. kingsterling
nooo i knew how and where to put the glue and how much too use........the white umd disk holder is what broke in half i hate that he doesnt appreciate his psp and all the great things it can do better than the f*ckin' d.S. What? Did the game come with a "incase of stupid brother breaking use glue guide"? You shouldn't be putting glue anywhere near a game disc in the first place. Exactly, you are as much at fault for the destruction of the game as he is. What kind of idiot puts glue near a disc surface? God. Oh and way to go, you hate your brother because he happens to prefer to use a DS over a PSP. Maybe he likes the games better?
brentp
I saw this thread, and i decided to do an experiment with the "Game Demo" Disk you get with the PSP Value pack. I found it EXTREMELY hard to get the case split in two, so were you sort of jumping on it or something to split it in two, because these cases dont come apart easily. And who puts GLUE on a psp game, because a) some glues contain acidious ingredients, and will make the game largely unreadable because some of it would expand and stick to the disc. Then theres the possibility of the glue damaging the psp itself. I'd rather sacrifice a $100 PSP Game, rather than the psp itself. In the future, i'd try to work on the grammar, and to keep your brother away from your psp games. Also, try to learn some basic science. chrislawrance
if the glue hasn't touched the disk you may be able to fix it take the demo disk or a disk that you don't care about anymore and break open the case down the line in the middle DONT split it anywhere else take gta out of its umd case thing and put it in the demo case and click it back together the psp should now read it this worked for me when my burnout broke and i put it in the fifa 06 case now i can use both by switching it over but since the glue touched the disk your screwed Edited January 9, 2006 by chrislawrance

Regards, Brent lol i like your sense of humour, kind of reminds me of me. (jumping up and down on it lol) i still dont understand how it split in two because they are quite small and i cant see how the case would break unless you used a saw and accidentally sliced through it. or maybe you were doing an experiment of how high you could drop it from without it breaking could you please tell me how you did it

kingsterling
well it isnt that rare for the disk to break in half my umd "not another teen movie" also broke in half and also the case didnt just break in half but the glass circle on the top where it says UMD can also be pushed in. it happened to my cousins tony hawk underground 2 remix ans to his twisted metal head on hopefully he doesnt fix twisted metal soo then he could give it to me. next time i see him Thankfully psp games are being priced down. soo in the future ill tell my brother to get that copy but i noticed differnces from regular versions of games and the priced down million seller. usually the $20 buck one is missing something I got GTA 3 and Vice city and Sanandreas and liberty city stories in the first week of there release. just incase they find something that they wanted to take out later. such as the kill the haitians level in vice city or the sex game in san andreas
