What u mean dude , you can host vcmp server anywhere in universe as long as it satisfies these conditions: 1. Working PC 2. Has a Working Operating system (either windows or linux) 3. Internet connection on that PC. So i fail to get what u mean by master server? NOTE: vcmp server is a standalone server and needs no other master server of any sort or even the game to be present on the machine which runs server.
