Umm a PC with a DVD-Rom is quite capable of reading any PS2 game disc, you can't damage anything if thats what you were implying. @Andy - You'd need to be able to re-burn disc with the modified files and given that many of the files aren't quite the same as the PC or Xbox version that would be hard and not to mention venturing into the warez area.
