I'm wondering if a mod or tool exists that allows you to spawn peds and pose them...I would also like to be able to do that with frozen-time so they don't move out of the pose. And for that matter...is there a similar tool for objects. I thought a level editor would achive this...but limited experience with such tools is preventing me from moving to the next step. If said tool does not exist...how difficult would it be to create one? I have programming background, but I by no means an experienced modder.
