They could do a different game for each city. Like Los Santos Stories, San Fierro Stories, and Las Venturas Stories. i totally agree wit ya and i think vice city stories should be set in early 80s like 1982 and salvatore should be the main character. he would be much younger and i would like to hear bout his history. Black7 Posted January 11, 2006 Share Posted January 11, 2006 LCS was built on the VC engine, so it's very likely they'll use VC as the next setting. Look at the quickness of release as a good hint. SA took 2 years to develope after VC, but after GTA3 it only took 1 year for VC. Also, if it's set 3-4 years before VC it would be a very differant looking map too, most of the center islands would be half built and maybe even one big island, which might later be swamped by a huricane or something as part of the storyline. If I had to guess I'd say it'll be VC and take place 3-4 years before. Putting it around 82-83. My guess on a likely star is Lance's brother because this allows for Lance to be the sidekick again and integrates them both into the VC setting and known background. Lance isn't proactive enough without someone leading him by the nose to be the main character, that's why he needed Tommy after what happened to his brother. Another good guess on main characters for a VC stories is the cuban guy who befriends Tommy at the restaurant. He is definately a strong character to base a story around and would represent the first hispanic main character for the series, much like Carl did in SA. That guy seemed like a small timer, but in fact was the leader of the cuban gangs in VC. The Cubans flooded into Miami around 80-82 so this could easily be about how they got there and the fight to carve out their own part of VC and his struggle to unite and gain control of the cuban gangs. Posted January 11, 2006 Share Posted January 11, 2006 My ideal, as i have stated beofre many a time would be a Vice City set just after GTA3, so around 2003-present day, it would be an urban and grotty Vice City where all the neon is old and it's now a cold desolate place in vice, Vice City is at war with it's gangs still, but everything has gone grungy and gone "underground" there would be some old legends in the town as well, like that film maker, or even an older Candy Suxx, that would be awesome, you would work for a currpted TOMMY VERCETTI and become his right hand man or something like that, or even OVERTHROW TOMMY VERCETTI. I think the next game will be GTA 4 in the 2000s then the other games in the 80s and 90s like the GTA3 trilogy. I'm personaly leaning toward to Vice City as long as it aint so damn colorful. No offense, but I'm opposed to that comment. San Andreas is by far the biggest, and even though destinations can be vast distances away there is more to do in that game than just about any of the other GTA's combined! Puthing GTA PSP2 into Vice city is most logical and i dont agree with the people who want a game in san andreas.i just don know how would they make it. also i thik in rockstars interwiew they said its gonna be absolutly new game with everyhing new.am i right???
