At the start of the mission, press the button that makes you fall faster...Hold it down steady...When the message appears to open your parachute WAIT 4 SECONDS then do so... Then (depending how far away you are from the target) tap (not hold) whatever raises CJ's legs... You want to coast up to (legs raised) then drop on the middle of the target (legs straight)...
