Sorry! Glitch or something, on Blow up dolls, HELP

First, I noticed strange glitches. On the cutscene "hot wheels" the speech stuttered, "im being a good-goo-good boy", and on the line, "of-ca-ca-course". On these lines I saw a hypten, lengthen and contract. (still do, in fact)

 

Also, when I was riding a motorccyle (PCI) and got off of it, it kept going (revving while it was on the ground)

 

So people told me it was defected, to return it. (Before, I downloaded a helicopter in garage game save. I deleted them, started a new game, same problem). The new game had the same 'problem'. So I started to wonder if it was a problem at all or was normal, some people told me it was normal

 

 

 

On the new UMD, same problem, PLUS on 'blow up dolls' (See my sig, I'm desperate) I Finished it. The casino is in ruins, BUT I cannot purchase grenades at the AMMU-NATION, the hidden package number 14 isn't available, nor the unique stunt for finishing the mission, also, there is no 8 ball icon.

 

 

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I HAD TO COMPLETE MA'S MISSIONS BEFORE THIS? (I HAVENT STARTED IT) IT SEEMS LIKE IM MISSING MISSIONS BEFORE OR SOMETHING.

You can't buy grenades in 8-Ball and there is no icon of 8-Ball Bomb Shop.

NO, IT SAID I WAS ABLE TO BUY GRENADES AT AMMU-NATION, *I CANT* HELP!
