I'm relatively new to these things and only heard about Spinnie's ped image collection recently in a GTAF search but the download linked in that topic had expired; what an unexpected surprise to see you post that forum link which had it. Wandering even further off topic, do you happen to have links to similar things for GTA3 and/or SA tucked away as well? I don't remember 100%, and I don't have Vice on this computer, so I can't confirm it, but I'm pretty sure they can enter interiors. The thread that controls them is launched after Keep Your Friends Close..., but is designed to not actually manifest until after 100%.
