Mxyzptlk Posted January 5, 2006 Share Posted January 5, 2006 (edited) Victim should open after you unlock the mission "Are you going to San Fierro?" or maybe "Yay Ka Boom Boom" and Didier Sachs is open after you return to Los Santos in the mission "Home in the Hills."
