steve-0 Posted January 5, 2006 Share Posted January 5, 2006 Well me and some friends of mine started a band and im the lead guitarist/lead vocals. Well heres the problem were on our first and second song, everythings fine except that I forget the lyrics does anybody got any advice for me to get better at memorizing them except practice practice practice because I go through it over and over and I forget. Read them once over, then force yourself to recite without looking. If you get stuck, take a peak. But the whole time force yourself to recite them without looking. Just reading them over and over will do nothing. "You can play faster than Al Di Meola and do it with only one pinky, but if you're not listening to what is going on around you, you might as well just shut up" isn't your croth suppose to be erecting when you have an orgasm? Unless it's a really long song with a billion lines.
