I had a problem with Trainz Railroad Simulator 2004 PE, it just wouldn't load the game, whilst my system did met the system requirements. So I returned the game to the shop, the installed it on one of there show models (a 3.00 GHz should be "fine" I guess .)and what did you think it wouldn't work there either. There were no scratches on the cd. So return it to the shop where you bought it, ask if the can install it on one of their computers, and see what comes up.
