Problem with SA

Im putting a modded car in SA then there is a little problem...the car glow then when i step in the car...then goes back to normal if i step out of the car ..this is pretty annoying...if i keep pushing the car it flickers

 

is this a bug with dff export or some wrong diffuse setting?

 

 

 

 

also how can you remove hydraulics mods on car car w/o trainer?
