ThunderPower
Take the Porter Tunnel into Shoreside Vale.
Smuznikrovf
I don't know if you did this, but it helps a whole lot. But, when you did the Arms Shortage mission for Ray, the Barracks in that mission is bulletproof and you can easily drive by the CIA/FBI without being blown up. But if you didn't do that, take the Porter Tunnel to the airport. Edit: If you need any other mission help, you are welcome to ask here, but you can also Demarest's site. NickB
or you could go the bulky way and grab a tank and head for the bridge
ThunderPower
or you could go the bulky way and grab a tank and head for the bridge The tank, even though it seems everythingproof, is not. Eventually the bullets will destroy it.

JohnnySBS
You have to take the tunnel from Staunton Island to Shoreside Vale. Is that simple.
pato303
get a wanted level of six to get a tank and go accross the bridge with the tank or if youve got a bulletproof vehicle in your garage like the army truck or bobcat than get that after you start the mission and go over the bridge in that. rav0
When you are told to find another way around, the other way around refered to is the Porter Tunnel, which is an undersea tunnel connecting all four areas of Liberty City. Access from Staunton Island is from the road running along the very north of the island. Tip for you, keep a free space in your Staunton Island garage before starting the mission . Goukido
Nope. Though fire is its biggest weakness. Yeah, the fire is the biggest, but CIA don't get this weapon,so drive a tank is nearly no problem,I tried!
NightShadow
i used to always use the subway tracks for this.

The Rhino is not bulletproof. Even though it does last quite a long time against small arms fire, eventually it will explode from too many shots fired. And yes, it's weakness is fire. Around five or six molotovs are usually enough to destroy one tank. But if you want to do it the right way, it's not that hard to memorize the quickest path to the Porter Tunnel from Belleville Park. It can be done.
