Slaytanica Posted December 26, 2005 Share Posted December 26, 2005 I've been trying to boost up my criminal rating i came accross this one way where you take tommy over to diaz's mansion and start killing his men when ever you see them walking around brcause they usually stay in packs 3,4 if your luck 5, so i keep killing them till i got 5 stars and i also take what ever money they drop and then the police choppers start flying around so i shoot them down i noticed i get money for that and criminal points but after your done with the police choppers i get rushed by at least 6 cops i kill them all, then i blow up the police boats i see in the water with my sniper rifle......so basicly i just keep repeating that over an over so far i've killed over 7,000 people blew up over 300 boats shoot down almost 175 police choppers and.......so i was wondering if there's a faster way to boost yor criminal rating?????? at the rate i'm going it'll take me days to make it up to Made man Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Spuds725 Posted December 26, 2005 Share Posted December 26, 2005 (edited) Getting a high criminal rating is my forte-- This thread explains what affects criminal rating and a way to boost it fairly fast-- it involves parking helis in the big Hyman condo garage and blowing them up with the rocket launcher, move away so the door closes, move closer so the door opens back and the helis will be healed. You can raise it fairly fast but this gets extremely boring. Initially the fastest way to raise it is by maxing your money--check the Easy money guide. I recommend the cone crazy trick if you have a slow time on it on PS2. Vigilante in the hunter otherwise (need 391 consecutive levels to max your money) If you want to raise it through killing, click the link in my sig for a few ways. Its hardly worth it though.... nothing gets unlocked or anything Since you posted in the cheats section, maybe you want to raise it via cheating??? if so, I believe there is a method at gamefaqs.com to do this-- posted under the criminal rating guide I believe... it involves a variation of the hyman condo trick and using the blow up all cars cheat... Acidman--- doesn't come here anymore.... Profile had over 600,000 kills And T. Vercetti-- a guy from another forum had over 800,000 Acidman and I were in a fierce killing competion at one time...but he pulled away from me...... Torento Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 (edited) pffffffffffffff man 800,000... man a baby can do that i got 9,999,999,999 kills and my criminal rating is King of Vice City, oh yeh i also kill about 9,999,999,999 cars and i blew up 9,823,639,810 helicopters and 9,657,284,278 boats... im hoping to achive 9,999,999,999 kills on the last 2 to get the ultimate criminal rating... THE MASTER OF GTA... u know how i did it??? just ran around vice city with an M4, roket launcher and mac10 and killed anything i saw.. i used the m4 wen i found a good defensive position... the roket launcher for the heli's and group cars to kill multiple people, and mac10 for run 'n' gun.. took me about just ova a year to do that and that must mean i got heaps and heaps of dies and bustings... but i dont concentrate on that Edited January 3, 2006 by Torento Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Spuds725 Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 (edited) Besides the time it would take to accumulate stats like that, you would never be able to do it with such a random method in the amount of time that the game has been out..... do the math and see how many hours or days it would take. I don't for a second believe it because there is a number maximum limit in the game of 2^31 or 2,147,483,648 -- this is a physical limitation for the PS2 (which has a 32 bit processor)-- this limit was carried over to the other platforms and has been proven. It is impossible for the game to display any number above that-- so in otherwords I have recorded the highest sustainable killing rates--using my average of 4000 kills per hour.... 9,999,999,999 kills 2500000 hours--- at 4000 kills per hour 104166.6667----Days at 4000 kills per hour 285.388127----Years at 4000 kills per hour Using your kills and fact the game has been out for about 1165 days would mean your killing rate was almost 365000 per hour.... (do the math) and you have played every second the game was out Is your thumb getting tired??
