I hit the LandStalker at the end to show that I had the Heavy Bike Cheat on. Then configure NIS to allow animations for gtaforums.com. If Internet explorer ->controlpanel->internet settings->security->trusted sites (*.gtaforums.com) add. Got it? I still say: use Firefox. I've also read that some Firewall software can stop GIF files from animating in browsers so if you have one, turn it off and see if that makes them work... Also, clear your cache, delete all temporary internet files... If none of that works it looks like your IE settings are screwed... What version of IE do you have...?
