Dimebag
Here are a couple of vids I put together with Vice City multiplayer and some help from Moeron, Trunks and Meow. Thanks guys! VCMP stunt 1 VCMP stunt 2 Enjoy. Just realised, something went wrong with the editing, I'll have to fix em and upload them again. Justin
do you have to have PC version to make videos Not necessarily. It helps, though. Obviously you can do things like setting up a video recorder aimed at your TV and just recording like that if you're using a PS2 or XBox. Spuds has recorded himself playing on PS2 before. If you're interested, you could talk to him about it. But yeah, I'd imagine PC recording would be a lot easier.
Spuds725
The clips I made were using my digital camera-- I would record the game with my VCR then play it back and use my digital camera to capture the video. You can make better (resolution) clips with a video capture card... I have no direct experience with these though... Dimebag
The annoying little watermark at the top might be of some help for once. Go to Fraps.com. With that you can film in-game stuff, but only for a limited time and with a metermark unless you pay something stupid for registration.

Actually, if you get FRAPS 1.9D (from MajorGeeks here), you can film without such restrictions. It's what I use for taking screenshots/videos.
