YeTi Posted December 16, 2005 Share Posted December 16, 2005 (edited) Ok i wasn't planning on releasing this but Vercetti Gangsta convinved me otherwise. VCCH is a small application that will close Vice City in the event of a problem. It uses hot keys to do this so at any point during the game if you press CTRL&X it will close VC. I am releasing it in the VC-MP forum as i originally made it for VC-MP. I recieved a couple of those crashes that are black screen and the only way to get rid of them is by crashing your computer and restarting. Now hopefully this program should prevent you from having to crash the computer. But i haven't recieved one of those crashes to test it yet so i can't say it does for certain. As you can see it's got a simple lay out design. And is easy to use. Allso if you mean the programs Exe Allso remember that this allso works for LC (MP), because it's running on Vice City engine Anywho, Knife you said that you couldnt play VCMP because that you crashed too many times and you needed to reboot right? My graphics card (Intel Extreme Graphics ) runs Vice City in 640 x 480. But my desktop is running at, 1024 x 768 screenresolution. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When pressed they will either close VC or tell you that VC is open. I might update the program to allow the user to choose a hot key, i'm a little busy right now though. R.I.P. People would loose all open programs and all unsaved work. I suppose if it doesn't work during a black screen crash the program itself is pretty useless then. R.I.P.
