Cheatah Posted December 15, 2005 Share Posted December 15, 2005 For me I was stuck at 99.47% for what seemed like forever and I was damn sure I had everything done and collected... or so I thought.. as it turns out I had 1 Oyster left to collect and I went all over the map like 4-5 times but I finally went to a place where i THOUGHT I had for sure gotten the oyster.. but no, it was still there. So check your stats.. if You have all collected Oysters, Horseshoes, Tags, and Snapshots ... consider yourself lucky, as those are buggers to finish Otherwise, good luck. ajkhan316` Posted December 16, 2005 Share Posted December 16, 2005 Using SAMA (the link imut_knight gave), I found out that you still haven't finished the heist mission. Craig Kostelecky Posted December 16, 2005 Share Posted December 16, 2005 If the icon's not on your map, then you'll need to get the keycard from Millie. Either date her a few times with the gimp suit on or take her out on a date and kill her. Either way will work. But you need the keycard before that mission will start.
