Outside to Inside

Well, I had a 21" sitting in my shed out-back for most of the fall and a good majority of this month. I'm just wondering, how long should I let it sit before plugging it in? I don't want any condensation to short out the circuits.

 

Anyway, I figured this would be the best place to ask. I'm sure some of you here may've had to deal with something like this.

maybe 24 hours just to make sure. never done this before though.. ~SAN

I brought one in from the garage and left it for a couple hours. It was still cold so I left it overnight and the next day after school, I tried it. So yeah 24 hours sounds about right.

 

Don't do like I did and rush it because you're impatient. I did that with an old computer my dad brought home for me once. The PSU shorted out with a blue flash and a stench that filled my room. Luckily it was a quick fix and all I had to do was resolder the part that shorted out. But you may not always be as lucky.
