If he was to be unbanned, who's to say he'd even know about it? The account would probably just be moved into the 'Members' group from 'BUSTED!', and nothing else would happen. It's obviously been a long time, so I doubt he keeps coming back to revisit. Sure, someone could let him know, but I don't think he'd just come back to entertain the rest of the community, or whatever.

I'm guessing that Lazlow still keeps in contact with him, that's why he wants him unbanned? Or perhaps he asked Lazlow to make this topic, I don't know.
