(S-N-P)High Stakes Low Rider

im having a problem getting this mission to start up

after i won the ceaser v car hopping contest i got the mission accomplished screen and drove to my house on grove then saved, i have no more missions to goto now because i beat the ryder, big smoke and sweet missions. here is my savefile if anyone can help me get the call from ceaser so i can start the high stakes low rider mission and continue with the story. T.I.A.

Sorry man. No matter what I do, the call won't come. I tried walking to the place where the marker should be and seeing if I could trigger the mission but nothing happened. I even died a couple of times and got busted but nothing did it. I think the game is glitched.

 

Have you got a previous save in which you haven't done Cesars mission? You could try doing it again and see if you get the call.

have you used pedestrian riot or peestrian attack you and saved it if so thats probably your problem if not maybe the game is screwed
