Well my dad told me today that San Francisco is now going to have free wi-fi all over the city. At first i didn't know what to say because it didn't make sense to me. Oh well heres an article about it. Free Wi-Fi I just thought about how much better online gaming would become if this spread throughout America. And it would especially be awsome for us PSP users. I have no idea about security or anything. i asked my dad "why would they give it away for free? wouldnt that destroy all the internet and phone companies?" and he told me that it would be another boost of communication which, in the long run, would help the economy. even though all of the internet and telephone companies would hate it. I'm guessing that since it's free it'll also be slower than the paid stuff, so maybe p2p won't be a problem for them. Good luck with that, San Fransico.
