roygmilion Posted December 13, 2005 Share Posted December 13, 2005 You can download Delfi's VC Developer Console from his site, GTATools.com There's also a dedicated topic explaining how to use it in some detail - Link Make sure your exe is the original 1.0 version, as it won't work with any cracks or the 1.1 patch. You got the GTA3 AC from estetiksoft.de. First link on google after searching for gta admin console is estetiksoft.de. And saracoglu's SA Admin Console thread's first post makes reference to all 3 being on estetiksoft.de. No, I'm not being an ass.
