Yeah, I know the cars that can enter WAA, makes no difference. That link is dead. I've completed all storyline missions but Zero's, which may be the answer. After you buy it, you will get four missions from Cesar. After completing Zeroing In (first mission from Cesar) you will unlock Wheels Arch Angels. MAcSandNinEs Posted December 13, 2005 Share Posted December 13, 2005 Wrong again. First, you complete Driving School. Then you should get a call from Jethro or Dwayne. They tell you about the races behind Wang's Autos. Then, you should get a call from Ceaser telling you to invest in some property and to buy Wang's Autos. After buying Wang's Autos for $50,000, a red marker appears outside your garage which leads you to four missions.
