Helped me when i accidently formatted my sisters computer http://www.active-undelete.com/ So, anything you deleted can be retrieved? lol if you have professional forensic software that costs like 2K and is NSA certified you can get just about anything. ive actually been trained to an extent on some of that stuff and yes. you can recover anything because of magnetic signatures that are left after you delete something completely.
