He probably did it as a WrodArt in Microsoft Word and C/P'd it over. I used to do taht. I also added some color to it using HP Image Zone Plus. Let's face it, paint sucks for regular sig work like that. And it really shows, the text is grainy and looks really bad. The picture couldn't be cut out worse unless you put a scissor to your screen. I just can't stress enough how paint is by far not the right tool for this kind of sig. My advice to you is just getting photoshop and trying your hand at that, it's easy to learn and the results will, most of the time, amaze you. As someone said above, if you only have Paint and only have the incentive to use Paint, learn about pixel art. If you can do that, and do it well, it looks a lot better than some Photoshop pieces. Times some gigantic number. Viddy is proof that paint is actually good for something. Although I doubt that you can just read a tut or two and be able to make things of that calibur. Even then it's not good for much of anything else besides pixel work. There are other programs you could try, even GIMP is a step up from paint it you aren't that good. (EDIT) As for this sig in particular. Antialiasing on the font would help, and the guy wasn't cut out as well as he could have been.
