Whats the easiest way ?

I know people have posted different ways on how to get to liberty city in san andreas without a cheats. Can someone please tell me how or give me a link to the easiest way to do it.

By "cheats" I assume you mean buying an extra cheats device rather than just the normal button cheats.

The easiest way is simply to use the superjump button cheat to get outside the backyard during the "St Marks Bistro" Mission. If you didn't want to use ANY cheats that you could use the grenades to propel a normal jump higher and further.

Of course that requires you to have a game save with that mission still available.

 

If you don't have this save and you don't want to use any extra cheats devices then the topic ArturP gave is really the only way.

 

However If you did want to use a cheats device or mod then you can make it so that the yellow marker you enter go inside a shop (e.g. Zip) will intead send you to Liberty.

 

icecube322's point is sort of correct - You go to liberty because you can, but aren't supposed to. You see something you've already seen in a slightly different way. Nobody who goes there should expect a fully functioning city. Think it more a seeing a film set that you don't really have permission to visit.
