Liviu Posted April 21, 2006 Share Posted April 21, 2006 I just started to dl it from rockstar's website, sorry for the bump but last time i got it (about 6 months ago,same system) i remember it was running at 90 or so fps...and the frame limiter was at 12..so with or without i couldn't play..it was either in slow motion or in fast forward,any way around this problem?
