how do u put pic from the psp to the forum

If that doesn't help... you need to get them off your PSP as .BMP files onto your computer (see FAQ)... Then convert them to a suitable web friendly file format such as .GIF or .JPG (also in FAQ)... Then you need to upload them to an internet visible location (you need web space for this)... Then use the IMG button and enter the URL of the image files...

at photobucket you don't need to convert the

bmp at all just upload it and post it here

There are many ways to stroke a banshi... I wouldn't be surprised if this thread gets to 70+ by the end of play tomorrow with pics and all...

Ok edison, I looked at the official Vice City site to check out some weapons, and found a few I havent seen in LCS. Is there a Bazooka and Grenade Launcher? I remembered there just being a Grenade Launcher. Also there is Tear Gas, Golf Clubs, Machetes, Hammers, and Screwdrivers. Some of those might be in LCS, but I havent seen them yet.

 

Also, think its possible to add side missions to any vehicle? Imagine Ambulance missions in a helicopter.

if you are referring to the pics it is because the

picture on the screen is moving as the device scans it

Not sure if this is good, but here it is:

 

0x0B70 (5th to 8th) = Running Speed

0x0B80 (9th to 11th) might be included with "Running Speed"

 

0x01A0 (9th to 12th) = How long I'm falling / How long I fell

 

0x0170 (1,2,3,6,7,10,11th) = Object I'm standing on

 

0x0120 (5th to 8th) = Vehicle Flips

0x0620 (13th to 16th) = Vehicle Flips, it's probably not that.........

 

I was looking for heavy vehicle, I don't think I got much luck, since I can't identify which numbers makes it heavy:

Linerunner hitting Infernus:

0x0090 (1st to 12th) = Change to higher number when hitting Infernus

0x00A0 (1st to 12th) = Change to higher number when hitting Infernus

0x0120 (9th to 16th) = Change to higher number when hitting Infernus

0x0130 (All 16 #) = Change when hitting Infernus

0x0140 (1st) = Change to higher number when hitting Infernus. 11=strong hit/01 to 03=weak hit

 

When I hit a vehicle while driving:

0x0DC0 & 0x0DD0 (13th to 16th) = Become "00"

0x0DE0 (All 16 #) = They all change numbers.

0x0E30 & 0x0E80 (1st to 12th) & 0x0E50 & 0x0E60 (13th to 16th) = numbers change

Hey edison, just noticed that other people can't fall off their bikes aswell.

I guess that's true. I disabled all falling off bikes due to collision or backing up. I left alone other falling off reasons like bailing off or shooting people off their bikes. There were a total of 16 calls to the function and I disabled two specific ones.

Not true. when i ride into sombody they fly off, even if i hit them from the front back or side.

there is an invisible roof there. since when you spawn a car, it comes from up, when you spawn cars in the tunnel, they stay there. so if you spawn alot, that happens. i did it, its fun.

I asked this to my self, and came up with an idea.

 

I was thinking, would it be possible to make GTA Peds from other GTAs in this one with the cheat device?

If the ped model isn't already in the game then it can't be added since we can't write to the UMD. There's still plenty of features that could be added just using the content already on the UMD. Skins are just a novelty anyway, they don't really change the game experience, just the visuals. That being said, the pink fire engine looks hilarious.
