San Andreas is not a city, it is a state. People in this thread are talking about taking one of the cities from San Andreas and making it its own game - "Los Santos Stories," etc. P.S. What the hell? That's just retarded. CJ went back to the 'hood at the end of GTASA and I highly doubt that he would ever get into politics.
