NathanHenry Posted November 28, 2005 Share Posted November 28, 2005 Actually I am sure that the Sindacco Argento and Forelli Lexcess don't spawn when beating the game because when you did the missions when you took the hoods in Shoreside Vale to kill the rest of the Forelli's and wipe the Forelli's out for good and the Mission when you kill Paulie Sindacco and the rest of the Sindaccos which wipe out the Sindaccos for good.
