PLEASE TO ONE WHO COULD MOD!!! MAYBE A SUGGUST IS CONNECT BY BRIDGES. ROAD USE GTA3 BRIDGES USE VICE CITY BRIDGES SEA USE VICE CITY'S CARS, PLANES, BOAT AND HELIS. If you don't know anything about modding, I really doubt you'll be able to join the 3 maps together in one game. Even if you knew, it's still a really hard work to accomplish on your own. 3. If you're interested in gathering info, use the modding forums. There's also a request forum if you're asking somebody else to make it. Which hopefully you're not because that's just rude.
