Now I know what your going to say "But Tenpenny was black". True, but he dies. The only colored cop in any of the GTA games dies. Also, officer Hernandez was Mexican but he dies to. Rockstar released a piece of artwork showing a female cop but none appear in the game except one of your girlfriends. Also, the only black cop in the game is corrupt. I don't know if this concerns anybody. It doesn't concern me that much but I just thought I'd bring it up. I think they make the Artwork and characters so that they're just there, and they obviously decided not to put them in the game. It would've been cool though, a lady cop chasing you in a cop bike. Rockstar may of just forgot this, though. It doesn't really concern me, no. Because I don't really care what they look like, as long s they have guns. Maybe its a case of it being extra work to texture and model new cop peds when there are much more important things to work on in the game. Could also be for a reason that they didn't want to have minorities complain that you can kill them and you know the way it goes so it was whitey cops all over or something. Because majority of the game is based off of African-Americans . But yeah, the officers on the bikes are African-American. I am sure there will be a majority of races of cops in the next, I guess.
