Yep, I've noticed this since I do vigilante on the HPV. Normally, I've forgotten about this, then about halfway through, I realize/remember that nobody respects my siren, so I turn it back off. Hmm. Maybe it's vigilante that's the issue, and not the motorcycle? SAPD didn't say he was on vigilante though... If a cops chasing me or if a chase is going by they never pull out of the way. I may check on this later, but since the cop uniform doesn't help you avoid wanted levels in the military bases or the impound lots, I doubt it does anything for this. There are no black cops and since CJ is black even if he wears the uniform, he cant get into Area 69 or police stations. But anyway, I think that R* forgot to put the feature of not getting into places with the cop uniform. Either that or they just took it out for no reason. Maybe it works on the new version of SA?
