I hold no ill will against anyone on the forum and certainly don't have the time or inclination to actively despise anybody whether individually or as a group. So how did I get stuck with this appellation? I've seen others have it too but some don't. I also couldn't find anything in the "setting up your account" or "personal preferences" sections about choosing or changing it. Is this just something the board does automatically based on some arbitrary rating (number of posts?). I'm curious to know. However, after a user has accumulated a certain number of posts, that user is able to edit it. It's known as a 'custom member title'. As you can see, mine is 'have a cigar'. To edit your own, simply go to your control panel and it's the first field from the top. I'm not sure if you still have to have posted a certain number of times before you can edit it, but if you do, it's only something like 10 posts. [EDIT] This topic is quite relevant, and MyMothersMySister's post shows the post threshold limits for each rank. You can change it bypassing the automatic ranking system but only after a certain amount of posts I believe, might be 10 I am not entirely sure. I saw (but ignored) Mike_Toreno's post because of the funky font color. I mean I'm colourblind and it hurt my eyes. I found it out with my gang's account Chi Shingi Meiyo I changed the Custom Member Title on that within a few minutes of registering it and it has only got two posts. R.I.P.
