Saggy
Well, I remember way-back-when the newer harddrives were coming out, apparently Windows couldn't register a drive over 137 gigs. I'm wondering if this is still the case, and what I can do to fix it if it is. QUOTE (K^2) ...not only is it legal for you to go around with a concealed penis, it requires absolutely no registration! Waste
If you have Service Pack 2 installed, it is no longer an issue. Service Pack 1 may fix it as well.

Wolf68k
It's Windows 2000 guys, not XP. Win2k requires SP3 and to have this key in the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Atapi\Parameters DWORD=EnableBigLba Vaule=1 If you have SP4 installed, you should be ok. You really should have SP4 installed anyway because of major security issues.

Oh, and just another quick question, I won't need to instal other Service Pack before installing 4, will I?
