Serial Killer?

I was Googling GTA:SA the other day when I came across a refferance to a serial killer in the game. It was something about standing on the roof of his house and aiming your camera at a Cluckin' Bell or something similar. The thing is, I don't recall ever seeing or hearing of a serial killer in the game? Was it a mission I missed, or just some slight refferance or something?

That's right. There have been a few asshats who would use the spawn cheats to put peds atop buildings, on porches, etc., and claim it was a "serial killer." It wasn't; the figure is just one of the country-style pedestrians normally seen around the desert area. There are no serial killers, UFOs, or Bigfoot in the game.

It would be fun to create a "serialkiller" mission where CJ has to capture him/her (there are women of that trype too you know).

 

(I'd be intrested in helping to sketch the storyline if someone else can encode it...)

Or it would be sweet if there were notable serial killers located throughout the cities and if you managed to find them and kill them the police would reward you with cash...
