You know how there's the guys carrying coke and money on certain days of the week? After you've got them the first time, how do you know what days you can get them again, and where?

If you're reffering to the business with Cesar when you reach San Fierro, don't worry. He'll call you on your mobile phone whenever it's about to happen. In fact, these couriers spawn outside your mother's house in LS (or outside the house opposite yours to be exact)

Cesar will just keep calling you when the couriers are making a delivery. I always say I'm busy.

thats what you should say exept if youre desperate for money but you can shot peds and get their money for that

As others have said, Cesar calls you up to start each mission. And they are special phone calls which CJ automatically answers; personally I hate those phone calls when I'm in that part of the game. Anyhow, according to Aggrosk8er's FAQ, the "Big Smoke's Cash" (Patriot from LS to SF) phone call comes on Mondays and Fridays while the "Yay Courier" (Sanchez from countryside to LS) call comes on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The transports do not always spawn in front of CJ's house. I've had them spawn in the countryside.

Do not forget that these missions will no longer continue after you complete the mission "Yay Ka-Boom Boom."
