Help on wheel making

Hi

 

Ive made my wheel in zmodeler 2 and i exported it to san andreas dff.

When i am in trasfender i choose the wheel (Acess) (Wheel_gn5) and my game closes and then go to windows

 

Here is a screen in zmodeler 2

Should add a dummy or something ?

 

Can someone help me
