Oh my f*cking god. You beat me to it. I wanted to make a topic like this. Anyway, time for me to steal the show .... The cartoon is based on the comic strip. Heres a link:u-comics. Personally, I like the show, the comic strip also. It's good because for one thing, it gives you the views on certain things. It teaches you. Gives you a good view point. Its also funny, like when grandad changed the channel to BET. They showed some girls asses, which is true. Any time you turn to BET, what do you find ? I can't stress how much I like the show. So far, only two episodes. Anyone missing out on the show, watch the next episode. Its good. So, yeah, I like the show. Heres a comic strip I took out at random. noodles Posted November 14, 2005 Share Posted November 14, 2005 I was thinking of making this topic a week ago and especially while watching yesterday's episode. I've been reading the comic strip for years, and luckily the local paper still prints it. Other than maybe Doonsbury or Non Seqiutor, it's the most political non-political cartoon I know of. Unlike those two however, it tackles the issues from a normal person's point of view and it's hilarious. The first two episodes have been great so far. Last night's episode was about the R. For a show on Adult Swim, they sure threw around the term ni**er a lot. Well it was prevalent on Chapelle's Show. I think it'll eventually make its way around other cable networks. Considering some of the stuff they show on The Shield, I'm surprised they don't use nigga alot. Back to the Boondocks, what's the name of the self-hating black guy with the wierd eye? Its about a gold digger, it'll be better than the other eisodes I can safely say. I don't want to give anything away though. All you have to know is that the girl looks hot.
