I am glad Rockstar opened them up a bit more then GTA3, I found it so cool to be able to drive a bit into the tunnel which was previously blocked off. Like Carcer City, with tunnels blocked off saying Downstate, or something to that effect, its to interact the different games with common areas. GTA3Freak-2001 Posted November 15, 2005 Share Posted November 15, 2005 Yeah obviously between 1998(LCS) and 2000-2001(GTA3) something happened to the tunnel like a cave-in or something that caused the tunnel to be upgraded. In LCS the tunnels have bare rock as the edges of the tunnel whereas in GTA3 its concrete for as far as you can see in the above screenshots.
